Although all of our buildings except garages come complete with a timber floor, your building will require a level, solid, square base of concrete or paving slabs. The base must be no smaller than the building size. There must be no overhanging trees or other obstacles for up to 4m above base level. Allow 200mm from other buildings, fences etc around the building for roof overhangs.

When a garage is ordered we will send a base plan to the customer which must be followed exactly to make the garage water-tight and stable.
